Chicago lockbox, check not cached.

Hello Forum,

I have send a complete package for AOS on 13th of May (Received 15th of May) to Chicago lockbox box and since then i don't have an update..

The check of 1760$ has not been cached yet and no response on the mail..

I'm getting really worried that something is not right, are there any others who have the same issue as me?

Also is this normal to take so long?

Ours took 28 days from delivery to electronic NOAs (and another few days for the physical NOAs) - we filed in March. Some people have had theirs within 10 days, and some had to wait 35 days.

28 days. We got the electronic receipt via text on the same day the cheques were cashed. Texts came at 12:25 a.m. (after-midnight texts seem to be common for NOA1.)

Not check but took ~20 days for funds to be withdrawn from my bank account
