I am an Asylum pending F1 student, and I got married to my love, who’s a US Citizen.
Send Application package on January 2, 2020
The application was received on January 6, 2020
I received receipts (I-130, I-485, I-765& I-797C) after a week less than two weeks I really can’t remember
Did Biometrics on Jan 20, 2020
The case is Ready to be Scheduled for an interview on March 16, 2020
New Card being produced on Jun 1
Now I'm waiting for the next step

hi!! im about to go through the same process. getting married to usc with pending asylum. how long ago did you apply for asylum? did they ask anything about your asylum case on the interview? did you cancel your asylum case after you got approved?
