1- I’m single, entered US in September. 2019 on B2 visa, I got 6 months in my I94 and my B2 visa was expired on December. 2019.
2- in Jan. 2020, I applied for extension & COS to F1 visa, and I got USCIS biometrics letter but I couldn't make it due to covid19 USCIS closure, and yet no update from USCIS regarding my extension and COS to F1 visa.
3- I won the DV lottery 2021 last week, so I want to adjust my status here in US and I want to get married from my fiancée in home country and I don't want to travel to home country as I don't want to risk any chances.
So if I get married to her now (without traveling to home country, I can mange that) and get my marriage certificate dated after I won the DV lottery so I can include her in my form DS-260, so she can get her immigrant visa in American Embassy in home country while I am here in US?
4- how long the process of adjust my status will take?
5- is there any problem with the USCIS that I got married to her while I am here in US & she is in home country without traveling to home country.
