Just received the EAD/AP Combo Card today, and it was mailed out on 10/19, just 3 working days after approval on 10/14. So it seems like they're catching up on the card production delays that were reported back in July.

thats exciting. I hope my work permit comes through in as little as 4 months also so that will only mean 2 months off work for me

I just got off a live chat with an agent through Emma. She said I am still in-line for review (file date = 6/5, biometrics = 8/6). I requested for an expedite due to an incoming job offer. She was very helpful and provided assistance. She said I should hear back within 5 days. Let's see how it goes.

Anyone has gotten biometrics appointments just yet?

My timeline so far:

-01/27/20: Same sex couple, married to USC.
-06/29/20: Package I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765, I-864, I-864 joint sponsor and I-944 sent via certified mail USPS.
-06/30/20: Delivered by USPS and signed by Chicago lockbox T Thomas.
-07/25/20: Checks cashed.
-07/30/20: Text messages received with case confirmation numbers.
-07/31/20: Received NOA's in the mail.
-08/05/20: Received RFIE notification from USCIS for I-485, letter to follow via mail.
-08/10/20: Received RFIE in the mail asking for my partner's pay stubs for the last 6 months and letter of employment.
-09/18/20: Mailed out RFIE to LeeSummit's office.
-09/21/20: USCIS confirms they've received RFIE.

Hi everyone,

Here's my rough timeline so far:
06/02: Package received by USCIS (I-485, I-683, I-944, I-130, I-130A, , I-864, I-864 joint sponsor, I-765, I-131)
06/11: Checks cashed
08/04: RFIE notification sent
09/18: Response to RFIE was received

I contacted USCIS last week because I was worried I didn't get my biometrics yet. They told me to contact them again on Oct 27, which I did. They then told me that it had been 90 days since my ASC has reopened and so they sent a service request. Contacted them again today to make sure that the service request was indeed sent and they confirmed. Hopefully I get my biometrics appointment soon and my EAD card shortly after, fingers crossed

Also I moved in August and had notified USCIS of my address change. Turns out they still have my old address in their system, I had to submit my new address again, hopefully it works this time... Luckily there wasn't any mail sent to me since I've moved...

Married to USC since 2017 and have made multiple trips to US since then on B2 visa. Filed 485, 130, 131, & 765 on June 12, 2020. Went through a lawyer. Biometrics were done on 11th August. Received EAD/AP card today (28 Oct 2020). Not received SSN or an interview date notice yet. I'm located in Los Angeles.

Had no intention of filing this year for GC when I came in January but then Covid happened and I was stuck here so we decided to do it.

Congratulations, did you receive any email or online updates on your case before you receive your EAD, nothing for me at all, and usps informed delivery doesn’t show that they have anything for me coming from uscis , I don’t understand.

After that I looked at the USCIS status page detail for the i765 and it showed this (screenshot). There is however still no change on the activity list, the last one was August when it showed biometrics scheduled.

Very similar situation just happened to me. I received an email from USCIS saying card delivered (have not received any approval notice), when I checked online no change in activity list, but when I click on the I-765 it shows me the same image, tracking shows it’s delivered yesterday evening to my lawyer.

I haven't got any finger print appointment letter yet.
My case was sent 6/29/20 and They sent a recipient on 7/16.. Should I be worried? Anyone else like me? What should I do?
