As of Jan 18 2022, we're still waiting for our interview at the San Francisco office. We received our EAD/AP combo card renewed for 2 years as of Dec 01 2021, so now we just keep waiting. The SF office can take up to 40 months and still be within "normal processing time"....

At this point, I really hope we won't get our interview until after the 2 year anniversary of our marriage so that we won't have to deal with the Conditional Green Card!

06/24/2020 - Package delivered and waiting.

No notifications received and money hasn't been cashed yet. How long do we need to wait until we can check with the USCIS? And how do we inquire when we have no receipt no?
Interview complete and we got approved!! A long wait but worth at the end.

If the wait lasts longer, and I was married more than 2 years by the time I got the interview, would I be eligible for a real green card instead of a conditional green card?
    Yes

    And the wait continues....
One year later, and I'm still waiting for an interview... If the wait lasts longer, and I was married more than 2 years by the time I got the interview, would I be eligible for a real green card instead of a conditional green card? Just wondering...

Questions at the interview were essentially confirming the 1 130 and I 485 application entries.

Showed the lady our marriage album
Took about 25 minutes. Officer was on time.

    The interview was very professional..

That evening the status changed to new card being ordered

Filed June 1st have an interview in Louisville at that end of April. Not sure why they switched us from Cincinnati where we got the biometrics done to Louisville. We are happy that it was so short to get the interview. We never received EAD's for our kids. So we have to wait until we get the green cards to get SSN"s and file our taxes.
