I read
that USCIS fieldoffices are currently exclusively focussing on citizenship ceremonies until they are somewhat caught up. Not sure how long that might take. I dont think those ceremonies are only held at USCIS field offices as courtrooms reopen they will also be held there.Last edited by 000000; 06-14-2020, 12:43 AM.

11/08/2019 - Received ASC appt letter - scheduled for 11/25
11/25/2019 - FingerPrints taken
12/06/2019 - EAD + advanced parole card received
01/02/2020 - I140 approved
02/11/2020 - transfer to center Lee's summit Misouri
02/15/2020 - status changed to ready to schedule interview
02/18/2020 - Request for RFE to bring at interview
04/27/2020 - Interview canceled due covid

This is definitely true as I see the same thing happening at Denver Field Office as well. Denver was notoriously backlogged for citizenship ceremonies! I think the ceremonies happen at courtrooms as a Federal Judge presides over the oath taking ceremony but the paperwork has to be processed by the field offices.
Also its a likely thing that they are prioritizing citizenship interviews over green card interviews.
