I485 still processing after RFIE - i130 approved
I did a concurrent filing in August 2019 for GC
biometrics done and i130 approved in April 1 2020.
I485 interview for April 17 cancelled due to COVID19
Received RFIE for medical on Apr30 and sent MEDICAL forms on May 14 directly to Texas Field Office as per the RFIE instructions
USPS shows package delivered as of May 14 but my case shows still as O"April 15, 2020, we sent a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status"
Called USCIS and they said to wait 60 days.
Unsure what will happen because I've been reading that some cases are having interview waived when asked for Medical RFIE and now all GC has been put on hold
I don't know even if the Texas/Dallas field office is open.
