beneficiary of an approved I-140 needs educational qualification in I-944?

Hi,

I got my NIW I-140 approved. When filling I-944 for myself I can omit providing all educational information as I have already have an approved petition. But does this valid to my wife as well? Does she need to provide educational information?

Each of you must complete an I-944 and answer the questions on it. I see nothing that allows you to omit educational information.

Question 1 of part 4 (page 11) of I-944 says if you answer yes to that question you can skip that part.

You're right. You can skip that part, but I believe your wife would have to fill it out, as she doesn't have an approved I-140.

I'm in similar situation. Not wife, just me is immigrating. Wife is LPR.
Can I say yes and skip that part even though the AOS I'm filing is family based?
