Checklist for derivative applicants under F3 Category
Greetings to all immihelp fam!!
Ya'll have been extremely helpful in my journey thru immigration process. I have a question folks. I hope I will get some valid answers.
I have recently filed AOS form I-485 as a principal applicant under category F3. I filed in the first week of June 2020 and recieved I-797C receipt in almost 2 weeks. However my family's documents were mailed back asking for I-864 form/and-or form I-944 with all I-485 forms of my wife, and 3 kids.
I fail to understand 3 things:
Q. Do I attach copy of form I-944(Declaration of Self-Sufficiency) Or Original, separately signed by me with each for I-485?
Q. Do I attach copies of I-864(affidavit of support) OR again separate I-864s with my sponsor's signatures on each 4 of the forms?
Q. Do I refill new I-485 forms(fresh ones) or resend the returned forms with the copy of I-797C that we recieved back with the returned forms.
