If you can present a compelling case to your congressman/congresswoman or senator, they can reach out to USCIS on your behalf. Have a look at their website: There should be a section about assistance with federal agencies. In my case, USCIS called me a day later with a biometrics appointment. Good luck!
Oh my god, thank you so much for this info!

Aware and that is exactly my point; why can they easily spend 50billion and not add or bookkeep or whatever it is these silly and pathetic losers do to fund the 1.2 billion now?

Hi Manolo, just another quick question. When you contact, did you ask specifically to help with expedite biometric, or a specific form? Thanks!

ciculove I basically wrote them a letter, explaining my case and why I needed to expedite my form I-765, and that I had tried the "regular" way but was denied due to missing biometrics. I also attached documents to support everything I said in the letter. I think they then reached out to USCIS through their own channels. One day later, USCIS called me saying they needed to capture my biometrics first in order to process the expedite request, and set up an appointment for me.

Interestingly, they said they couldn't set up an appointment at an Application Support Center because those centers were currently only processing those people whose biometrics appointments had been canceled due to Covid. I had my appointment at a local USCIS field office and they captured my biometrics there.

They spent our money on fighting us. Pretty ironic isn't it?

Hi. I had filed an expedited ead request with uscis and got the same exact response that they don’t have my biometrics. I was wondering what do you mean when you say your biometrics were scheduled the next day? Was it scheduled the next day after you received an automated response from uscis or were they scheduled the next day after your Senator contacted uscis? Request your urgent response.

                  Hirohjas ,

I got the appointment a day after contacting the local congressman (and submitting a bunch of evidence to him). He was somehow able to reach out to the local USCIS office who then called me the following day. Hope this helps and good luck!

Can I ask what evidence did you submit to the Congressman? From my congressman’s website it felt like he wanted only a letter and receipt numbers.

I submitted the same evidence that I submitted with the initial request to expedite my EAD. I would say start by sending in the letter and receipt numbers and see if they ask you for more evidence or not.
