Employer Change while waiting for applying I-485
I am on H1B since last 5 years, still waiting for appyling i-485. Could not apply during '07 for I-485. I have I-140 cleared and have got H1B extended approval until 2013. I am planning to change employer. My questions is:
Is it possible to use old priority date if I change employer and apply for labor and 140 and get approved from USCIS, applied by new employer.
Should I be taking any precaution before I move to new company. I am assured by new employer on paper for the help.
