URGENT ANSWER NEEDED
I'm trying to fill out fee waiver form I912 based on low income.
My tax returns for 2019 less than the %150 of the federal poverty guidelines. but now my work closed due Covid-19 on March 15 ,I'm receiving unemployment benefits and $600 weekly as PUA .
My wife started working this year, she wasn't working in 2019 ,her payments not fixed amount "weekly hours between 25 to 40 " and we still below the limit of %150.
So my question is : what should I write in these fields
1- Your annual income -> adjusted gross income form tax return? or the income of the 3 months before unemployment ?
2- Annual income of all family members -> how to calculate my wife's income
3- Total additional income.-> should I put the received PUA ? UI + $600 PUA
