Hi guys, I have been working for the past 6 years unauthorized. I finally got my work authorization document during Aos, but im not employed anymore due to the covid situation? Can I apply for unemployment benefits if i have just received my EAD or are they going to deny me? Any thoughts and advice will be appreciated.

Unemployment benefits can only be based on a period of employment when you were working legally. So you can only count the period of employment starting from when you get your EAD when calculating your unemployment benefits. If you just got your EAD, you won't have any period of employment you can count.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Hello there ,
In case of the Affidavit of support . we recently got an RFE because my wife did not meet the 125% income requirement . so my question is do I need to submit both form I 864 again from my wife and joint sponsor or do I just do one for the joint sponsor since that's what they need
