I am preparing to file the renew application. When I filed the initial application I was F-1 status. Am I still F-1 status with a pending I-485 or I need to fill another status in the application? Thank you!
We put "Pending I-485" on form I-765 for Current Immigration Status or Category (for spouse and child) and no problems with renewal.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

Just to be clear, when we renewed our AOS EAD we put "Pending I-485", this is not for first AOS EAD.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
