I sent the medicals together with the application, so I haven't (and I'm not expecting).

Chicago EB processing time is ~8 months, so the next step now I'm expecting either an interview waiver and approval or an interview invite for December / January
      EB2 (I140/G28/I485/I131/I765/I944).
      07/29/2020 - Received by USCIS

      08/10/2020 - 485s NOA
      08/11/2020 - 131/765 NOA
      08/18/2020 - Biometrics NOA
      08/28/2020 - Biometrics Appt
08/29/2020 - Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken (485 and 765)
09/11/2020 - I-485 Case Was Transferred and a New Office Has Jurisdiction

It was for a copy of the birth certificate. We had sent in the original submission but we ensured all the seals and signatures were clearer and the translations reflected that too for the second submission.

                          I-130 done online (USC)

                          16-Jul-2020 - I-485/I-765 mailed to USCIS
18-Jul-2020 - Application should be delivered to USCIS, but USPS tracking just said In-Transit (Don't ever use USPS, Fedex is better)
18-Aug-2020 - I-797 SMS only, don't know why no email
                          20-Aug-2020 - I-797 Mail
                          22-Aug-2020 - I-693 Medical Deficiency Notice
20-Oct-2020 - Call in and USCIS put a request for missing biometircs notice

Wow dude this is awesome. Congratulations.
Dont even know how the system works honestly but I hope other July filers start getting EAD/AP too.
I havent even got a biometrics yet - but looking at your case it might be possible that they waive it - do you have any idea/clue why they waived the biometrics.
Did you atleast get a mail saying previous biometrics were applied?

                            • ^ Unless Larose04 was on a different type of visa prior to F1 it is unlikely that any previous biometrics existed. Correct?
