          • Hi guys, I've been waiting for 92 days for biometrics appointment since I got my receipt (PD 7/29). I sent out an e-request too because it's been more than 90 days since my field office reopened. I'm in OC, SoCal. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting for biometrics. I'm getting a little worried lately. Thanks!

            • You guys wont believe what happened. So I called USCIS this morning to ask about my biometrics and when I said I'm expecting a job offer soon and plan to expedite the EAD/put in a request sometime in the next 2 weeks. I said this is why I need a biometric appointment and anyway since my PD is 9 July 2020 I'm beyond 90 days I need my biometrics.

To all that her reply was - "you cant do any of that, all you can do is just wait" and then she was like "since your wife has filed affidavit of support for you, you should just depend on her financially and there is nothing we can do" and then hung up the phone.

Im so mad at these people...so freaking arrogant ...like an agent is telling me this crap.

Unacceptable, heinously egregious. These people dont deserve a job as they are highly unprofessional at best and really derelict in all of their duties. What gets me is that they dont get that this impacts your spouse too, a USC.

I would call back again and see if they behave different. If not or in paralel, contact your congressman or senator.

That's terrible. I'm on the same boat, I've also been waiting 90 days for biometrics and haven't gotten any response. I filled a request online but I don't believe I'll get a reply. Maybe they are still running understaffed and keep getting behind on applications.

You're right. Hopefully we get the action going in a month from now. What I have noticed that post biometrics the process is surely moving fast up until the EAD. Then another wait for interview and GC - approx 3 more months.
