As I wrote in my post, you may need proof of chickenpox immunity depending on the doctor you see. I think that the average experience is that they will take your word, but mine did not and made take the vaccine even though I had it in the past.

        • Card being produced FINALLY!!!!

Heres my unbelievable experience. I did my Biometrics on jan 5, Interview was scheduled on jan 11 for Feb 9.
I had my interview on Feb 9 at Buffalo. We were in the waiting room for about 10 minutes then they called my name. I was with my USC husband and daughter, when we got to the door the IO said they only needed me in the room. My husband went back to the waiting room and I walked in to the office with the Officer, He swore me in, and then said your 130 has been approved already so we will just go through the 485, He asked me the yes or no questions on the paper, asked me I have been to the US previously, I said yes twice, then asked me how old our daughter was, he asked me to sign 2 places on the form and said, I'll go ahead and approve your application, you will get the card in the mail in a few weeks. I asked thats it? He said Yes. That was less than 5 minutes. YAAY
We left got home, then as soon as we walked through the door I remembered I didn't turn in my Medical, I had a huge folder full of of documents for proof but sine they didn't ask me to show them anything, I totally forgot about my medical. I called and the agents on the phone just said to wait and see if the'll send an RFE, 2 weeks ago i got the RFE asking for medical. Sent it out the same day and was delivered the following day. All this time my case status online showed we have scheduled your interview, till today when it has changed to card being produced. I have been a nervous mess chasing rabbit holes but finally I can exhale....

            • Hi everyone - we completed our interview today! And our status online now says "new card being produced!"

The interviewers were running 40+ minutes late. We noticed some couples were being called together, some where only the beneficiary participated, and others where the petitioner was called first and then the beneficiary joined them. We were the latter. The interview was entirely conversational and the questions asked reflected those we saw online - when/how did you meet? how many people were at the wedding? when did you move in together? has your husband worked in the US? what kind of car do you have, what color? how much do you pay for the mortgage? then my husband was called in and asked the same questions in a friendly, conversational manner. They also asked him the typical yes/no questions ie are you member of the Communist party, etc.

At the end the officer told us the interview was over, he just needed to review final details and that he would update the status that afternoon. And he did! He also said the new card would take 4+ weeks to come given that they are produced in Texas and that area is recovering from the recent events there. Note - the I-130 is updated to My Interview was Completed & My case must be reviewed. No update to the I-765 status.

Nope. Still waiting for interview. You can see my timeline. Santa Ana office is probably the top 3 busiest in the country so I guess we might have to wait a while. What’s your PD?

That's a long long time waiting...Mine's 7/29. Do you know any FB group for Santa Ana applicants? Also, please keep me updated -- hope you get your interview soon!

We did submit 200 pages of evidence so I hope that helped. Case status changed to "Interview was completed and my case needs to be reviewed" on both I-130 and I-485 last night.
