The attorneys just informed me that they sent the application via Fedex today. EB2 (I140/G28/I485/I131/I765/I944). Now the waiting game starts..

Hi all,
Just started my journey. Married to USC, H-1B holder since 2017, extended until 2023 this year. Previously F-1 for 6 years. Reckoned we could do things ourselves, but still hired an immigration attorney to play safe and navigate any eventual problems.

07/21/2020 --> Fedex'ed I-485 + I-130 to Chicago
07/23/2020 --> Package received and signed for

Key dates of our AOS application package:

• 22 Aug 2020 = current h1b end date fast approaching
• ====
• 01 Jun 2019 = date of marriage
• 24 Jun 2020 = first submitted complete AOS package, that is, I-485, I-130, I-944, I-765, I-131 and more.
• 14 Jul 2020 = got rejection notice because there was a missing signature in I-944
• 15 Jul 2020 = resubmitted full greencard AOS package again, after fixing the missing signature
• ====
• 28 Jul 2020 = check is not yet cashed, no info on receipt number, etcetera. On calling USCIS a helpful lady asked us to wait 1-2 more weeks.

Sure...just set it up in my signature.
Guys please note - I noticed today that the I got 4 email confirmations from USCIS lockbox at the same time I got the 4 SMS conformations but they went into spam even though they were directly marked to me....so much for the Gmail spam filter. Just make sure you are NOT mass deleting Spam messages and keep an eye out for email from them. You might wanna add '[email protected]' email address to your Safe List, but still be careful since you might get an email from some different address..who knows...take care guys !!

I think you should call USCIS. What does your lawyer have to say about this?

send the application again. Use the most expensive mail service and request a signature.
I was the same like you and then i resend my application.
It's not a problem having two applications send to them. If they process one of them they will return the other one to you

Oh my God guys, I just wanted to share that (finally) today my checks for I-485 and I-130 have been cashed. No NOA's as of now. I'll keep you posted with the updates. Literally they were cashed a month after. It's going to be a long process I feel.

Yesterday I received all NOAs (I-797C) for cases I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131.

All NOAs look similar, so they tell that the cases are received and how to check your status or who to contact if you have any questions.
The NOA of I-485 says that I will receive a new notice of the date and time for my biometrics. From what i have seen the biometric appointment will be 1 month later (based on May 2020 fillings)

-Click upper right corner
-log in into your account
-click edit settings
-click "account"
-scroll down and click "edit post signature" and there you can edit/add your signature or add timeline instead.
-Click save.
