Sounds like a plan offered under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Others can confirm but I'm pretty certain being enrolled or having used that is not considered a "public benefit" for the purposes of I-944, so I would leave it out of the form and not worry about it.
USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.

I really have no idea. My lawyer said that the application was probably lost.
I noticed that at the time i send the application the Chicago lockbox was overloaded and started sending applications to other service centers so they can process the applications faster.
Maybe the application was lost, who knows. The good thing is that the second application is received.
Hope everyone starts to get notices like me

that's good to hear...my application was delivered one day after yours so i'm guessing our cases might move similarly...did you have to call for reciept numbers? I thot they send you on their own and what number do you even give them if you don't have receipt numbers before calling. I'm expecting a job offer soon for which I need an expedited EAD to start...so kinda in a spot here.

also the receipts for u are dated 8th July but there was no notification until now....that's weird and stupid.

Called USCIS earlier, they said I'm not in the system yet and that NOA's are usually issued within 2 weeks from the moment they received the documents. She said to send an email to [email protected] to ask what's up. I guess I'll wait a little longer. It's been almost a month now.

I have also send the email to lockbox but they took 20 days to respond and they couldn’t find it either.

Where did you send your case and what kind of case do you have?
