Hello Folks. Strange situation, thus asking. We filed the package [I-485+I1765+I131] for both me and my spouse, EB1-C. However only 1 check was cashed yesterday [for my spouse] and we got the 3 text messages. Whereas I am the primary applicant and the check is not yet cashed.

Anything to worry ? Do I need to reach out to USICS ?

I was gonna say it could be for I693, but looks like you sent that too.
Did you send birth certificate? Tax transcripts? W2? 1099? 1040?

Hi, I just got 4 NOA text messages for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 yesterday.

Timeline:
7/17/2020 - package (I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-131, I-693, I-765, I-864, I-944) sent to Chicago Lockbox via USPS
7/22/2020 - package delivered to USPS post office in Chicago - status in transit
8/5/2020 - checks cashed, USPS tracking status still in transit
8/6/2020 - got 4 NOA text messages (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

There is nothing to be worry about here. RFIE are most likely and a lot common in AOS than not.

Yeah I sent that too. I think it is our marriage certificate, we didn't sent the "actual" certificate, we sent a copy/reciept that we got the day of the ceremony. The vital records office here in Chicago had been closed for months so we couldn't get the original certificate at the time. They opened up just a few days ago. My other thought is my birth certificate, maybe they're not able to understand it? I don't know, I sent a certified translation for it as well. I hope this is nothing super serious.

Exactly. There is nothing to worry about until there is something to worry about. So, don't worry.
Also, you will have until Due Date + 60 days to respond. That should be ample time to fix whatever they throw at you!

I'd say start preparing/collecting docs for what you think might be lacking?
I fell your marriage "receipt" could be a issue - I'm pretty sure they don't accept the receipt that u get from a judge cuz it doesn't have the seal of the county office and also is not entered in county records until then?

Do u have the sealed n certified marriage certificate now/or are able to get one now that the office is opened.

And yes don't worry - we are all here to help. Let us know what the notice says.

I don't think there is any difference between RFE and RFIE - RFIE is more official I guess.

Does the bottom portion of your marriage receipt that you sent to USCIS have any blank spaces that were to filled out by county office?
Or any other blank spaces/missing info?
