i864A and i765
My wife is citizen and I am here on student visa. we just got married last week. she is sponsoring me for AOS...but she do not work any where. Her parents working and they are sponsoring me. Her parents has joint IT return.
So they need to file two 864A individually or what?
What my wife should write in total income as sponsor? She worked before a year. She is unemployed since last 2 year.
I am international student and i am on my OPT status.i had filed my i765 form before 6 months when my opt started?
So should i file my i765 form again or what?
I am asking on behalf of my wife and their parents?
