I liked using UPS (10 USD 2 day ground service) for chicago& MSC If you use USPS, it *can* take slightly longer since it goes to a PO box first for USCIS to pick up and so i would use FedEx or UPS.

It really doesn't matter. USPS is certainly more cost-effective than FEDEX or UPS, plus you can use their flat-rate service for priority mail. I sent my I485 via priority mail express to Chicago from NC and it cost me about $40 (they actually delivered it late, so I got my money back) and I used their medium box flat-rate service to send my I751 from WI to AZ and it only cost me $15.05 for 2-day service. All you're really paying for with FEDEX or UPS is better tracking. If you do use USPS, use either their priority mail or priority mail express service. Remember, all are running slow at the moment.
