I don't live in the Dallas area but we did this:
1.- visit https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor
2.- call all and visit some places to confirm
3.- select one of the cheapest options with appointments and fast processing times

Some phone numbers were disconnected, or they no longer offer the service, but most were still valid.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
