Hello
i have a question about the medical exam
do I have to take the exam and attach the results with the application?
or should i wait and do the exam before the interview and take the results with me ?

If you envisage your case may take longer than 2 years post filing date, then do it closer to interview. The choice is yours. If you send it in alongside your application, ensure the exam is not older than 60 days by the time it reaches USCIS
