No work authorization after a month of biometrics

i have done my biometrics for over a month and I havent gotten a work authorization.Plz what can i do? Thank you

Did you check the status specifically for the work authorization on the USCIS website?

Also, you can call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

i have called them a couple of time and they keep saying taking information without updateing my records. case status on line is still on intial review.

It took exactly 3 wks for me after bio appt.
