    annualcreditreport dot com

which is the only federally authorized source of free credit reports from the three major credit bureaus in the United States. Every 12 months, you’re entitled to a copy of each report, one from every credit bureau.

It pulls from experian, transunion and equifax and will enable you to receive a PDF copy.

You can download directly from one of the agencies also: Experian, Transunion or Equifax.
They will ask you some identifty and historical information to ensure it is you before issuing the report.
In some cases, they ask for identity proofs to be paper mailed to them, and will send you the credit report via standard mail.
I'd try all three above to get online version if possible as paper method will take longer.
USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.

There are three credit reporting agencies and there could be a slight score difference between them. Also, some lenders report to one and not the other.
So downloading all three from annualcreditreport.com (free) will give you the whole picture.

I have used freecreditscore service, it is part of Experian. For free you can get a monthly report and FICO score from Experian. I started using it before all the bureau changes (now they offer free services when previously they charged for them), so maybe if you go directly to Experian you can also get a monthly score/report.

The Print Report feature creates a PDF with all your information and the last page shows your FICO score.

EDIT: the free annual reports do not include the score. If the form ask for proof of score, you need a service that provides it.

The Experian Boost use non-credit information to add data to the scoring algorithm, things like monthly payments (rent, utilities, for example) to try to increase your score. I haven't tried it, my score is high so I don't think I need to use it.

To see my Experian report and score I use Experian's freecreditscore dot com site. A couple of my credit cards give scores too.

You should get the PDF by clicking the 'Print Report' button.

                      Thanks

Does we have to input only the credit score or credit limit as well. Does they also see the credit limit.

Are you asking for form I-944? I don't have experience with that form, we filled our EB case before that requirement.
