can my wife change to F1 when I have 485 pending?
All,
Need your suggestions please. I have EAD and H1 visa. Waiting for 485 priority date to be current (EB3, June 2004 - I know)
Always used H1 as my category when entering here.
Planning to marry later this year and bring her on H4
She would like to do here MS here.
1) In H4, she cannot do any RA/TA etc on campus..right?
2) If I change her from H4 to F1, will it affect my pending 485 approval?
3) If she stays here for one year and then starts the school, will she pay in-state tution or still will be considered out of state because she is on H4? (Most colleges have 1 yr criteria to be considered in state).
