-I am an F3 category. I filled to adjust my status on 05/08/20 with PD became current in May after 12 year of waiting.
-Lockbox rejected it due to lack of I-864. I contacted USCIS, they indicated I can file without I-864 because I have at 40 qualify quarters since I have been working in the USA for 16 years.
- Resent to the Lockbox and they rejected it again for the same reasons on 05/27/20 :-(
- Now I am was mad like hell . I wrote the lockbox on 06/07/20 and explained to them and refiled 06/13/20 this time with I-864 (on the advise of 3 difference Lawyers).
- Did not hear anything from the lockbox until 07/07/20. They wrote me and asked to resubmitted my AOSs because they mistakenly rejected them since I did not need to file I-864. They asked me to send them my tracking numbers once I submitted it. I replied to them and gave my tracking number because they had received them for a 3rd time on 06/13/20.
- They immediately process one of them ( mine) and gave me my priority for date of filing 05/08/20 ( Original Datethat was awesome).
- But they had to reject my 2 derivatives because American Express did not want to process the 3 payments. They bank flag 2 of the 3 fees as fraudulent activities. I talked to the person at the lockbox again and she agreed to reject my derivative to resubmit with the proper fees. I did and FINALLY they accepted everyone.
- the good thing about it is because I was able to communicate with the lockbox and they accepted their error and gave me my original date of filing after almost 3 months back and forth. _ The true waiting period start but USCIS already sent me a letter stating that they waive my biometric (of course, cause my bio was take at least 5 times before on TPS)
