My spouse applied for and received an I130 for myself and my daughter. I haven't filed the 485 yet and my daughter has since gone to Canada to visit her father per our separation agreement. I was told by my lawyer that I could continue to travel in and out of the country using my TN till I actually file for AOS with 485, the apply for advance parole and employment authorization. After reading various blogs and posts on the internet, I am now questioning how accurate this is. I have booked a flight to go and bring my daughter back to the US for school mid August. Will I have a problem coming back to the US using my TN visa. I don't have time to appy for 485 now. If I don't go to Canada, can my daughter come across with her TD visa?
