Hello,
My wife (USC) filling the I-864 for me now my question is...
If on the last IRS transcript (2009) she claimed that she responsible for three of her cousin's children but this is only for 2009! now we're in middle of 2010 and she is not supporting them any more, do they need to be counted in the household size? or we can count only me and my wife because it a big difference between 2 household to 5 household size according to the povetry guideline...
please help,
