it really depends, there are cases in which people had their fingerprints taken before due to different cases but if this is the first time that you are applying for adjustment of status or any immigration benefit and your fingerprints have never been taken before then the answer is no.Originally posted by gonzalezceq View Post -

I can seen people get their EADs approved prior to taking their biometrics (first time tho). That being said, they have/had to wait to still get their biometrics taken before the EAD card can be produced.Mar/25 => Application sent to Chicago lockbox
