Hello,
My employer had filed my 140. After approval my 485 was filed in Feb 2003 at NSC. But my employer wanted me to go back to India so on July 2nd 2003 I changed my job and till today I didn't inform the change of employer to INS.
Now my case is transferred local Chicago INS office, everyone says I may expect an interview,
I am too worried for 2 things now
1) I didn't inform INS about change of job
2) I took a new job before 180 days of I-485 processing but it was due to termination.
Does anyone has suggestions on how to deal with the interview, will these things affect my GC processing.
Please advise. Share your experiences. Appreciate any help in advance.
