My case moved from NBC to Chicago Field Office for further review

Hi guys,

Anybody has any information why my case would move from NBC to Chicago Field Office for further review? Don't think it's a good sign.

Some case details:
- Employment based (L1A) form 140 approved in Nov 2019
- Form 485 filed in Oct 2019
- EAD/AP received in Feb 2020
- RFE for medicals was sent directly to NBC as requested and NBC confirmed the receipt in Mar 2020
- No interview was ever scheduled
