few days ago i received my green card， about usps delivery

I received my green card a few days ago 。but the mailman forgot to scan the package when it delived 。so the usps tracking show me is Awaiting Delivery Scan，but actually the green card package on my hand 。Will the post office report the missing green card package to the immigration office? anyway i dont want anyone be in trouble and i try to called the usps office many time but no noe pick up the phone

finally i try lasttime called the usps.They finally answered the phone I told them the tracking number finally We fixed it
