I am a nurse (EB3) Filed my I-485/I-140 concurrent for me and my spouse in Feb 2004,
I-140 approved May 2004
RFE for I-485 in july Answered in August 2004, Fingerprint in Nov 4, 2004

Will I be affected by the retrogression rule? Will it also affect cases with RFE's? Will the AC21 rule still hold!
