I-864 form question on signature

All, I have a question on I-864 form. My USC wife's income doesn't meet the requirement, so her income has to combine with my income. Now on Question 30, and 31 where they ask for names and signature, who will be signing those sections? Me or her?

Is it true? even I am the one who is actually using the income for financial support and not her? I just dont' want to make mistake on the form. Please advice...
