    San Diego Filers 2019/2020

    Hi Folks,

    Anyone has gotten interviews scheduled and completed in San Diego? On June 18 my interview (that I never received a notice of) was showing canceled, and shortly after it was set ready to be scheduled for an interview again. My PD is Sept 2019, and the ready to be scheduled status was already there since mid November. Please let's update each other here.

    Hi mate,
    We’re also a same sex marriage based case. I filed on March 2020 and you can see my timeline on my signature! I haven’t received my EAD/AP and thinking about finding a job to get the offer and apply for an expedite.
    Adjusting from B1/B2 visa to F2A, married to LPR

    04/13: NOA letter receipts.
    04/30: NOA I-693.
    08/03: NOA Biometrics appt.
    08/11: Biometrics Taken
    08/12: Update: Fingerprints Were Taken (I-765/I-485)
    08/14: Case is ready to be schedule for an interview
    08/17: Fingerprints applied to I-131.
    09/15: Update: New Card is Being Produced
    09/17:     EAD/AP mailed
    09/21: Combo card in hand
    09/22:     SSN in hand
    03/12: Interview Date
    03/15: GC being produced
    03/20: GC in hand

        Glad to see some folks from my town.
        mad far as expedite requests go it could be helpful. Just a job offer is not enough. I would create a case stacking up reasons why you need to work and provide income ASAP. I can send you a template if you want. Just dm
        me.

              Got my interview scheduled for January 11 so happy! Now does anyone have experience with interviews during Covid in San Diego or other SoCal offices? Is it with a tablet/computer screen, can the attorney be present in the room? I’m just nervous about the scientific fact that people in masks (while in anonimity) can be ruder.
