EAD rejected. Is my i-485 also rejected?
Hi! Has anyone experienced EAD got rejected before AOS got encashed? We submitted last July 28,2020 and it was delivered August 1,2020 but when we called today they said that our EADgot rejected yesterday but they still don’t have any record of the status of my AOS and AP and haven’t also encashed. The USCIS staff said that they they check if form and they reject it individually but we are worried now that they also rejected The AOS and AP. What do you think happened? Did they rejected our whole AOS packet? Thank you.

Is there something in your case that you are concerned about that could have led to rejection?
It could possibly be due to missing, incomplete or inaccurate information in your I-765. I'd wait for the official response explaining the reason for the rejection, and you can of course re-file.
USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.

My guess, because is less than 1 month since the package was sent, that they are going to return your package. I hope I'm wrong. Good luck.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
