  • Start working without EAD (due to EAD card delay)

Hi everyone, I ran into this info on USCIS site, stating that we can use the notice/receipt to use as "EAD" for now and start working.
Anyone knows about this or have extra information?

I believe its the approval receipt they are talking about, not the received receipt.

From what I understand, USCIS is having problems printing the cards, so now the approval NOA (not the receipt NOA) is valid to start working without the need to receive the actual card that it could take time to be printed and delivered.

Yes you can, show the notice of action to your place of work or dmv. But check first the "automatic extension of EAD in USCIS guidelines" if your case fall in those list.
              I hope it helps.
