Hi should we go for paper filing or online filing. which one is better in terms of approving the case early.

Also, starting in October, online fee will be cheaper than the paper fee. Overall, the online system is great for both petitioners and USCIS as USCIS doesn't have to have a contractor review the forms and scan them in prior to moving forward. The online system does this for them. Also, the petitioner doesn't have to spend money to mail the forms out and doesn't have to worry whether or not they got accepted as you are told almost immediately.

You have to remember that not all forms can be done online (I believe so far only I-130 can be done online)
Submitting everything together in paper version felt more comfortable for me. People might have different preferences..USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.
