  • Manhattan NYC Interview

Hi all, my family GC case is ready scheduled for an interview from 1/27/2020 and hasn’t heard anything since then. Has anyone interviewed in NYC with similar notification dates? Does anyone know anyway to expedite the process? Thanks

Thanks! Can you explain how should I reach out to NYC/She (user)?

First of all that’s too long. Sometimes they keep files and take long to reply to people. I would advise you to get lawyer so that he or she can keep them on their toes so that they move your case. Secondly you can write to a Congress man or woman to help you ask about your case. You just need to get online and find one in your district. Thirdly you have to call USCIS offices so that they could ask for service request from the field office your case is at
Finally I would advise to not just sit down and wait but do something to put those guys on pressure. Give them breathing space but poke them sometimes.
