USCIS sent me the initial of evidence asking for birth certificate that I am sure to have sent. My question is, I am using a birth certificate translation document provided by sworn translator from my fiance visa process which is last year, 2019. Is it possible that USCIS wants a new translation (although it will be the same) of my birth certificate? Does anyone have experience in this?
