Expedite I-765

Hello All,

I have a question in regards to expediting my I-765 (EAD & Advance Parole).
I filed my EB GC (I-140/I-485/I-765/I-131) concurrently in May this year, and completed my Biometrics in early August.
My H-1B transfer was denied last year due to an admin error on part of USCIS, so we filed a Motion to Re-open (MTR) last September, and since then the case is still pending (opened several service requests, but each time I get a generic reply).
But my I-94 with my previous employer is still valid until Sep. 30, 2020.
Now that the expiration is fast approaching, I was just wondering if this can be used as a valid reason to file an expedite request for EAD?

Any thoughts and suggestions are very much appreciated.

Hi everyone especially to those who have successfully gotten approval for their EAD... any information on your expedite process you would like to share? would greatly appreciate it as I am about to call for an expedite request. Thank you in advance.

8/27/20 - notification frm bank checks cashed
9/03/20 - text notification received
9/08/20 - I-797C forms received in mail
