I-485: Evidence for Continuously Maintaining a Lawful Status && I-94 question

Hi guys,

First of all I want to say this forum is awesome! It has helped me a lot already.
I'm currently preparing all support documents for form I-485 and I want to make sure I got this right:

I'm currently in the US with a L1-B visa, now married to my USC wife. We're filing I-130 and I-485 (and all other documents) in one package (split into two sub-packages).
Since I'm a spouse of an US citizen I do NOT have to provide evidence for maintaining lawful status, correct?

I've read the instructions of I-485 as well as section 245(c)(2) multiple times and I'm pretty sure I don't have to provide it, but I would like to have confirmation.

Also, the last time I entered the US (airport) I didn't get a stamp in my passport.....?! I just realized that now. It does show up in my current I-94 as well as my travel history. Is this going to be a problem??

Okay, I read it all again and I'm certain that I do NOT have to provide evidence for maintaining lawful status.

The missing stamp in the passport still gives me anxiety though.....please help!

Correct. You don't need to have maintained status for AOS in your category, and don't need to submit evidence of it.

Entry stamp is not a problem; I-94 is enough.
