I was married to my husband in October of last year in the UK. He is an American citizen and came back to the US. I entered the US as a visitor last month and am now filing for adjustment of status so I can stay.
I'm not sure whether to tick option a) or option h) other basis of eligibility in part 2 of the I-485 form.
In addition, I just want to double check:
in Part 1: my current USCIS status is 'Visitor' correct?
in part 3: I don't have a nonimmigrant visa number correct?
when it says to give your name as it appears on the I-94, should this be in the format sirname, first name or vice-versa?
