I've my 485 application filed by Employer 1 (EB2 India with June 2009 Priority Date).
I've already been ported to Employer 2 and submitted AC21 documentation in format of employer letter prior to 2017 when Supplement J was introduced in response to NOID that triggered upon Employer 1 withdrawn I-140 (that remained approved till then) after I moved out after 18 months of my I-485 stayed pending. So due to move after 180 days of I 485 pending, there is no impact seen/felt.
Now my date is current and case is being processed with status change to RFE and most likely for final check on Supplement J and medical records. Letters will be in mail box sometime this week.
I'm attempting to sample fill Supplement J but got question on what answer I must pick for 1st question asking whether it is 1) to confirm job offered to you in form I-140 that is basis for your form I-485, remains a bonafide job offer or 2) Request job portability. and
for question 10: Has your form I-140 been approved
I'm thinking for 1) it will be as if 'Request for portability' as I'm no longer with Employer 1 who filed I-140 that is basis for I-485
2) For Question 10: yes as I've my I-140 approved for considerable amount of time
Please share what you think is suitable in this situation or your opinions. It seems not much documentation available on internet due to this form Supplement J is recent introduction only.
