Hi all - we are awaiting for October 2020 Visa Bulletin to review if we can file i485 . Our PD is March 8th 2018.
My spouse's employer has files for his L1 , my L2 about a week back. At that point in time in i539 there was a question : Has Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status EVER been filed by you or by any other individual included in this application.
This was marked as NO. My question is : In the coming days once our i485 has been filed , what additional steps are required from my end if our GC gets current? Do we need to send in any amendment to USCIS for this?
