Call back again this week before 9AM EST. I called yesterday and finally got some answers and was transferred to a Tier 2 who after waiting 5.5 hrs for a call back (hence why you need to call early in the morning) confirmed I was ALREADY scheduled for biometrics in the system since last week. She asked if I got the notice in the mail yet, I said no and so she emailed me a copy.
Now why the agents on the phone and online chat could not just tell me that I already have the appt beats me. Soooooo much wasted time.

Personally I think my change of address is what triggered something to happen. My application was at a stand still in NV and once I transferred to an east coast F.O. within 1 day of USCIS updating my address I got this biometric scheduled in the system. I think some offices are working faster than others.

I also think it really depends on the agent you get on the phone, some are nicer than others and will transfer you up to Tier 2, others will say "oh just wait a few more days". My advice- keep calling!

Hi there! Were you waiting for 90 days for ASC to open? I keep calling them and even spoke to Tier 2 office, and their only answer is to call back when its the 90th days since ASC reopens.

Were you scheduled before (and your biometric appointment got canceled), OR you never scheduled and Tier 2 office still help you?

I never get my biometric schedule in the first place, April flier.

I had biometric appointment in the last week of march, but due to covid19 appointment was canceled. My ASC opened since 13th July, but didnt received any mail eventhough i contacted uscis(tier 1 and tier 2) and ombudsman, but on October 1 i contacted again uscis tier 2 officer, she helped me and schedule straightaway.

I was scheduled for April but it was canceled. That was in NV.
Then I moved to the east coast and filed a change of address and I think that triggered something TBH. Too much of a coincidence that I got an appt within 1-2 days of USCIS updating my new address and the appt was scheduled at the local NJ ASC by my new house.

Maybe they are cracking down and not letting calls go up to Tier 2 until they hit the 90 day mark. Hopefully yours is coming up soon, def call on day 90 early in the morning if you don't get anything in the mail.

My appt was scheduled 10/2 in the system.
Letter came in the mail on 10/9.

My patience is running very thin.... If anyone has any other insight I would love the input. My priority date is 5-29-2020 and I have called USCIS 3 times now and no response.
