I 485 application using previous employer's approved I 140

Hi, My priority date is Dec 2010 in EB2. According to October 2020 visa bulletin, dates for filing employment based visa applications for EB2 is 15 May 2011. Looks like I can apply? I have few questions. Hoping someone can help clarify, please.
1. I am eligible for filing I 485. Is that correct?
2. I changed employers and I am in the processing of getting labor approved. Can I use my previous employer's I 140 to file I 485? If its possible, are there any risks or complications?

I don't beleive you can use past I-140..

When you have the PERM ready, your employer will file your new I-140/485 concurrently. They will use the dataeon the past approved I-140

EB2 (I140/G28/I485/I131/I765/I944).
07/29/2020 - Received by USCIS
08/08/2020 - I140 approved
08/10/2020 - 485s NOA
08/11/2020 - 131/765 NOA
08/18/2020 - Biometrics NOA
08/28/2020 - Biometrics Appt
08/29/2020 - Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken (485 and 765)
09/11/2020 - I-485 Case Was Transferred and a New Office Has Jurisdiction
09/30/2020 - I-765/131 New Card Being Produced (delivered 2 days after)
