can i file I-485 while i wait for I-130 to get approved

i am spouse of permanent resident , can i file I-485 while i wait for I-130 to get approved .For I-130 i have ony got I-797c receipt of receiving I-130
Also how do i know when I-130 is approved .In visa bulletion , its showing as current date to file I-485 but I-130 is not approved yet .

If your PD is current and you are already in the US, you can file I485 concurrently with your I130. You need not wait for the decision on that petition.

I-485 can be filed when you are in the states already.
And once I-485 is received, you cannot leave the states until you get advance parole (I-131).

I can confirm above. You can file I-485 with the receipt number of your I-130 if your priority date is current for your category.
